Is Steven Greenhouse lying about you?

Mr. Trump:

In September you said you might sue the New York Times for "irresponsible intent" [1] and you've repeatedly criticized the media for lying about you. I'd like to get your response to a specific example of someone in the media lying about you.

At the end of October 2016, Steven Greenhouse - a "retired New York Times labor and workplace reporter" wrote at the Huffington Post that you talk tough but your policies wouldn't really help the working class.

Before you respond to that, I want to ask you about a specific thing Greenhouse wrote. In two places he claims you want to deport 11 million "undocumented immigrants". Is Greenhouse's claim true?

Did Greenhouse tell the truth and you would in fact deport 11 million illegal aliens? Or, did Greenhouse lie and you wouldn't deport 11 million illegal aliens?

I'm sure you'd like to say more, but at first I'd like you to please just answer that questions. Did Greenhouse tell the truth about what you'd do, or did Greenhouse lie?

My lawyers want to sue the failing @nytimes so badly for irresponsible intent. I said no (for now), but they are watching. Really disgusting

...Trump’s No. 1 issue has of course been immigration, headlined by his promise to expel 11 million people. His supporters love this idea, convinced that undocumented workers are a drain on the public fiscally (even though they usually pay taxes). Deporting 11 million immigrants would be a shock to the system; it would devastate many communities and reduce consumer demand – at car dealers, appliance stores, supermarkets – crimping economic growth...
